Feeding Guidelines

Feed your adult cat 1-3 cups per 4-8 lbs of body weight per day. Feed kittens up to twice the adult amount. For pregnant or nursing adult cats, we recommend free choice feeding. Pregnant cats may need 50% more food. Nursing cats may need up to three times these amounts. Adjust amounts accordingly and always provide fresh clean water. Refrigerate any unused portions.

Transitioning

Despite how much your feline friends ask for Weruva's high-quality foods, it's best to transition them gradually over a week. Start by mixing a small amount of the new food with their current diet and slowly increase the amount over 7 days. This will help your cat adjust comfortably to the change.

2 of my girls will ONLY eat this food. I've been using this since 2020, before Weruva took over. I'll say that I miss Cat Person. They didn't run out of product like Weruva does now.

Needs more brother and less shreds or a soupier texture

My cat isn’t crazy about this food.

My cats love it. However it is quite frustrating that it seems to go out of stock so frequently. I've had to search for alternatives for them a few times as this food wasn't available. I'm not sure why this issue seems prevalent with this brand/food?

I have a senior cat who loves gravy. When I was feeding her other foods that contained chunks in gravy, she tended to just lick the gravy and leave the chunks behind. But in the Cat Person "Shreds in Gravy" foods, the shreds are fine enough that my cat eats more of them along with the gravy.

My kitties love the 'shreds' recipes, especially th straight Tuna. It has been out of stock for so long unfortunately

My girl is so happy that this is back in stock. It's been a rough month without it. She loves the tuna & salmon shreds and refuses to eat any other wet food. There is really nothing out there that compares to this formula. I found one with similar consistency and ingredients, but it was full of fish bones so I wouldn't let her eat it. PLEASE do not discontinue this formula!

I really only wanted to try these due to the cute packaging, but they are really amazing for my cat too!! I’ve only been getting products off weruva for a short while and have been working with the creators they sponsor on their website and I am pleasantly impressed to say the least!! My cat demolishes this food any time I give it to her and the moose that cat person offers is a great topper as well!!!

My boy, Bob, loves the Tuna & Salmon. He's a picky eater and I'm so happy he enjoys Cat Person. He adores the broth. I like that it's a hydrating and tasty meal for him. He just had Tuna & Salmon for breakfast this morning. I encourage cat owners to try the other flavors of Cat Person shreds in broth too. They're a hit in our house.
