Feeding Guidelines

For adult cats, feed ¼–½ cup per day for cats weighing 4–8 lbs, ½–⅔ cup per day for 9–14 lbs, ⅔–1 cup per day for 14–20 lbs, and 1 cup per day for cats over 20 lbs. For kittens, feed ⅓ cup per day from 0–8 weeks, ½ cup per day from 9–24 weeks, and ½ cup per day from 25–40 weeks. Pregnant cats may need up to double the adult feeding amount, while nursing cats may require up to four times the amount. Adjust feeding as necessary, and always provide fresh, clean water. Measurements are based on standard US cups.

Transitioning

Despite how much your feline friends ask for Weruva's high-quality foods, it's best to transition them gradually over a week. Start by mixing a small amount of the new food with their current diet and slowly increase the amount over 7 days. This will help your cat adjust comfortably to the change.

I am owned by two Maine Coons, one of which has digestive issues. We have tried prescription diet crunchies for years, and he eats it, but I was looking for something more affordable, and this cat food did it! He has not had any issues in a month, so I think he has a new favorite!
